I've taken the education model another step. I actually provide my 3-Session-a-week clients with a report card on their progress. Here's how my clients are graded:
1.) Physical Progress: - Body-fat, measurements, clothing size,
2.) Attitude: Based on 1 to 5. 1 = complaining, whiner; 5 = motivated, enthusiastic
3.) Knowledge: Quizzes from the Reference Manual.
4.) Self-Accountability: Journal Completed each day, Menu plans - at least 7 Days
You would be absolutely amazed at how much getting a good grade motivated my clients. You're right. The education model is the absolute best!
