Mr. Serious Fitness and Super Creatine... by Art Rothafel

There are some folks who are just "natural" marketers and sales professionals.  Sam Miller, owner of Fitness Fusion in upstate New York, is one of them.

He told me this story about the Super Creatine Formula with Glycemax.

Sam purchased a "trial order" (minimum $250.) of various supplements with his private label to see how his clients would respond.   He didn't want to go "big" until he was sure he could move the products (smart!)

One regular member, Mr. Serious Fitness Enthusiast, took issue with Sam over the Super Creatine Formula. 

"Oh hell, they're all the same," said Mr. Serious Fitness Enthusiast.  "So, why should I purchase your stuff when I can get it cheaper somewhere else?"

Sam responded with the right information about this particular formulation and why it is superior. 

BUT... he went even further.  He told Mr. Serious that if he wasn't satisfied with the product and didn't think it was superior to all other Creatine formulas, then, he would refund every penny... no questions asked.

BUT... he went even further.  He also gave Mr. Serious a size XXL branded T-shirt just to demonstrate his sincerity.   Mr. Serious said, "Wait, I'm a size Large."

"I know," said Sam!

Well, you know how this story ends.  Mr. Serious made incredible gains... talked up the product around the club and Sam now orders Super Creatine by the case!
