One of my favorites from Rodney Dangerfield:

"My doctor told me I'm crazy. I told him I wanted a second opinion. He said, O.K. you're ugly, too!"

Sometimes it seems like the same gag is going on when doctors attempt to talk to their patients about eating right and exercising.

When it comes to eating and exercising... well, frankly... it just wasn't in their training.

This is where fitness professionals are truly "the rocket scientists!"
